Gavaskar is the best Indian Test batsman. Kohli is the best Indian (and across the world) ODI batsman. Tendulkar is the best Indian batsman when you take both Tests and ODIs into equation. I don’t understand the debate over who was better when it is so clear.

@venkateshprasad Transition period or not, this can’t be an excuse. This didn’t come out of nowhere—we should have been ready. We’ve seen many transitions, but never one handled this poorly. Serious introspection is required.

We cannot hide under the garb of transition. Barring Sudarshan, Jurel and Reddy, most of the guys have been around for 7-8 years. Some very experienced campaigners. This is a series of tactical errors , obsession with playing all-rounders and not wanting to learn from mistakes. Embarrassing
