@_Nicksy I don’t recommend doing this but if you’re asking 20k steps per day 1 meal a day before you sleep. 1.2k calories per day. Sauna every single day can use a hot bath instead for 45 minutes.You’ll drop around 3.5kg per week. A lot will be water weight.

@Avalldar It depends on your focus on the specific exercises you do (to target different parts of the back). You also have to ensure you’re eating enough (your marco split will matter if you’re gonna need to lose a bit of fat). Make sure cardio is in - swim, row and skip.
