Some are writing negative stories about @monad right now, but even within the community, people are also expressing dissatisfaction, even though they still believe in it. Here's a letter from one active Monad member (anonymous): " To be honest, the well-known people in the Monad community and even the team members themselves have acted in a way that made the crypto community hate them. Crypto people truly dislike them, in a way we’ve never seen before toward a project. Before the airdrop distribution, I told one of my friends that if Monad can’t keep its own community satisfied, it will end up creating its biggest haters and that’s exactly what happened. Monad couldn’t keep just 5,500 people satisfied a number that’s considered very small even for the smallest projects and instead it turned even those people into haters. They’re still afraid to reopen the og group because they don’t want to hear what people have to say. When Monad, some of its kols , and some team members acted like a closed-off sect and only valued the people they personally liked, the outcome was already obvious from that moment. And now, because of all this, no matter how strong the ecosystem wants to be, when the core team can’t manage things properly or stop such people, it will definitely lead to failure. We can clearly see that some people’s only goal is to scam. Unfortunately, the so-called big figures of the Monad community are nothing more than a bunch of farmers who got their first taste of big money. They are damaging the ecosystem by constantly creating meme coins or shitcoins. Monad gave them the biggest allocation, and they were the very first ones to start dumping the token. " Let me remind you, these are messages from a very active person in Monad, whom I think is worth listening to. These messages aren't meant to hurt Monad; they're meant to encourage Monad to listen to the community and develop even better! Despite everything, we still believe in Monad and continue to build on it. Given time, everything will be much better than it is now. Patience is the key. Those who wait win!
