Abortion fund staff and volunteers could be at risk of arrest and involvement with the racist criminal justice system. As a Black, Indigenous and people of color led organization, we are holding the weight of this.

From the beginning, extremists have been targeting us. As we saw with SB8, there is an organized body of anti-abortion extremists that will use the pre-Roe abortion laws as part of a concerted campaign to intimidate and harass abortion funds in Texas. texastribune.org/2022/03/29/abo…
