If you want good pho in Tokyo you have to go to the Vietnamese area, I've tried 20+ pho bowls in Tokyo, best one is this one in my opinion, in Shin Okubo It has low ratings because it's extremely loud and rude and filled with Vietnamese people drunkenly doing karaoke

@linhdinhftu i think its very different! i loved pho in vietnam too and they have so many different versions, this one was so interesting! i think it was called “wine stewed beef pho”? my main issue in japan is that there are no greens which are the character of vietnamese cuisine to me
