@victoramaya Por fin encuentro q se hable de esto! El hecho de q el TSJ haya declarado esto es un GOLPE. Porq declarar falta absoluta o temporal le compete a la Asamblea Nacional (aunq todos sabemos q estos organismos son ilegitimos, esto lo empeora - ya q no existe un tiempo de caducidad)

TSJ opta por el concepto de “ausencia forzosa” para no entrar al ruedo de si la encargaduría de Delcy Rodríguez es por una ausencia temporal de quien ejerce la presidencia (por ley tiene un máximo de días) o una ausencia absoluta (que implica convocar elecciones)

@victoramaya El artículo que se ha aplicado es el 234 de ausencia temporal. Lo de "ausencia forzosa" es una interpretación para sustentar el artículo y evitar el de ausencia absoluta que implicaría llamado a elecciones. No soy abogado pero he leído tanto desde ayer que conseguí entenderlo.

Turned 35 today. Can’t believe another year went by. Life is moving so fast. If there were any lessons I learned this past year it’s to hug your loved ones. I appreciate all of friends so much who have given me support all these years. Little life update: the last 5 months I’ve basically worked two jobs so I haven’t had much free time working mostly 7 days a week. I know some ask why I haven’t been around much and that’s due to work. I am hoping in the next month things will change and I can get back to some balance. I have some YT projects I want to finish and get back to streaming and playing some Rust. I’ve missed hanging out with my friends so much! Anyways, thanks to those who reach out to me to check on me. I think about yall a lot and you mean the world to me.
