@coralandseafoam @Duncannedd I loved band camp! We used speakers for music while we were on the field, and some videos of field movements, but there wasn't a lot of technology. If students had access to a program that could map out their coordinates, that would be great for remembering! #csubted @tom_karnes

A2) Going to band camp in high school for the first time my freshman year was awesome. It didn't have much of a technology aspect, but a great way to improve it could be to use phone apps that could show sheet music for field practices. @Duncannedd #csubted #csubedte4200

@teachsci8 A4) Using technology as a mechanism for assessment is a good way (i.e. presentations). Students can also create videos, use technology to produce graphic organizers, or collaborate online with students in other classes for ideas! @tom_karnes #csubted

@coralandseafoam @Duncannedd A3) For communication, technology can supplement or replace face-to-face interactions. Teachers from different schools can talk, students can talk on the weekends, and school staff can keep each other informed about their class schedules and goals. @tom_karnes #csubted

Technology is great for collaboration between educators due to the quickness of response & ideas. Students can access info via online programs that are provided by their teachers and schools. Communities can share local activities through the school website @Duncannedd #CSUBTED

@tom_karnes A2) One of my favorite memories is a small group project on the country of Thailand. We were required to make a PowerPoint and posters and got extra credit for making food! It was super fun, and I know that technology like music or YouTube videos could improve this. #csubted
