@jsnshep What would you suggest? don’t think there are any easy solutions. I do hate the “tanking” culture we are seeing in the NBA - so I think they need to do something. I just don’t know what that solution is.

@jkimballcook @RigdonNancy3 Our ward split the YW into two groups based on school year (middle school group and high school group) seemed to work pretty well.

@RigdonNancy3 I would be curious to see how many wards actually did do away with them. In my limited experience, most wards kept the same groupings.

@hankrsmith We took your suggestion several years ago and have been doing it ever since. Since we have 8 in our family we divide the drawing into separate groupings. (Every one randomly picks a 15/16 seed, 13/14 seed etc - and we finish by each person drawing a 1 or 2 seed. Here’s our picks.

FAMILY MARCH MADNESS ACTIVITY Print the 9 pages, then cut out all 64 teams so each one is on its own slip of paper. Put every slip into a bowl. Starting with the youngest person and going to the oldest, have each family member draw one slip at a time until all the teams are claimed. Once everyone has their teams, use a long piece of Scotch tape to hang each person’s team slips on a wall, cupboard, or another easy-to-see spot. As teams get knocked out of the tournament, tear them off the wall. The first person to lose all of their teams gets a prize. We usually make it something tied to the school of the last team they had left. The overall winner gets a hoodie, blanket, or another prize from the championship school. @collinsworth55 I added a brisk 30 minute early morning walk to my routine. While it’s tough to drag my butt out of bed so early - I have noticed a difference in just the past couple of weeks. Once I feel I have the walking habit established I plan to layer some more good habits into my routine

Most men don’t need more information. They need less chaos. Protein. Lift. Walk. Sleep. Repeat. Do that for 90 days and your body changes. Simple. Not easy.
