@Mt2Aguy my son has been struggling to get into the business. NO ONE WANTS TO HIRE YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE. NO ONE. So there is a disconnect here dude. He has tried multiple industries and multiple businesses in those industries.

For all the struggling Gen-Zers out there, nearly every trade in the construction industry needs people right now and those jobs come with health insurance, retirement plans and pretty decent wages even for first-year apprentices.

Ok first time mom question: When my baby wakes up. She just lays there quitely cooing and playing with her own hands.
I've started just letting her chill in there on her own until she cries out for me.
But today its been like 20 minutes. Do I just... let her be?

@cheeseheadexpat I don't have any issues with newer dashboards. Only reason I would use it is to block the sun while I was eating lunch (that I brought from home).
I also park in the sun and put my leftovers in the dash to heat them up, which wouldn't work with the sun shade

Twitter friends in the South. I need a ruling.
My wife insists that I must use this sun shade to prevent the sun from wrecking our truck.

Rob is everyman. He is a bellweather of sanity, and a great dude to follow. I don't normally suggest follows, but this guy is red/white/blue at all times and speaks from experience. He also fixes windows at home.
