MWF finishing the season strong!

Congratulations to Gwenivere Smith '26 (2nd in DI) and Kaylin Koenig '28 (5th DI) for placing at the Buena Vista tournament! Gwenivere also earned her first NIETOC bid!

MWF started the 2024-2025 on Fri, Nov., 1 at the Millard North Novice Birthday tournament. Angelyn Bandigan '25-3 Oratory, Kaylin Koenig '28-4 Imp. Team tied for 4. Sat., Nov. 2 at Papillon LaVista South Gary Hao '26 OO Champ! The team place 6th overall! Great start Wildcats 🖤💚

Last night MWF held their annual showcase! It was great to see them share their talents without the pressure of competition or rehearsal. Thanks to all who came out to celebrate us!

MWF had a fantastic showing at the NSAA State Speech Championships! Gary Hao 4 Ext, Adrija Sudheesh 6 Inform Unified Speakers continued to break ground by performing in the Unified Exhibition: Nick Wright-Inf, Cruz Kessler-Inf, Laksh Pirisingula-Inf @MWHSactivities @MWUnified

Districts brought tears and joy. On March 20, Gary Hao (Ext and Per) & Adrija Sudheesh (Inf) will represent MWHS @ the NSAA State SpeechChampionships! Incredibly proud of this team & their competitiveness this season 💚🖤🤍

This morning we took our last yellow bus ride of the season. This has been a season of growth for MWF. Can't wait to see what the day brings! 💚🖤🤍

MWF had 5 of 11 entries represented in finals and Gary Hao (10) earned a spot to the NSDA National Tournament in Des Moines this June! And Asst Coach, @MrsVanEngen is the NE NSDA District Assistant Coach of the Year! Her leadership is immeasurable! @getiemann @MWHSactivities
