South Doc
South Doc@GeorgeDAndrews2·
Up to the Civil War, Southerners were the undiluted remnant of Colonial America and the early Republic. Our impact was enormous in the Founding. Consider George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and Patrick Henry, who were all Southerners. Arguably, after the stalemate in the North, the American Revolution was won in the South, with the turning points at King's Mountain, Cowpens, and ultimately Yorktown. Of the first 15 Presidents, 11 were Southerners. From 1840 to 1860, the North's population grew by millions, with the influx of Irish and German newcomers, reaching 23 million by 1860. At the same time, the white southern population was 5.5 million. With its much larger population, the North gained complete control of the Federal government. This coincided with the enactment of unconstitutional policies that favored their region at the expense of the South. Southerners in 1860-1861 had become outraged by the Northern tax and economic tyranny in the same way their Patriot grandfathers had been outraged by the British policies enacted against the colonies. The Confederates felt they were doing what their grandfathers had done. This is why so many of the descendants of Washington, Jefferson, and other Southern Founding Fathers, along with many thousands of the grandsons of patriot soldiers, fought for the Confederacy. On the other hand, almost half of the Union Army was either foreign-born mercenaries or sons of foreign-born immigrants.

Southerners are BACK. They will once again have power in their own land.

Growing up in the south there was only one man respected more than Dale Earnhardt. And that was Bobby Cox. Every dad in the 90s wanted to be Dale Earnhardt but all those men admired the true great leader of the South..Bobby Cox. Every summer as a kid you would spend outside playing ball pretending to be Chipper..Klesko..Gallaraga or whatever new ball player the Braves added to the lineup that you learned the batting stance of so you could unload a tennis ball into the trees behind your mom’s garden in the backyard. It was Bobby’s world. He was the general who commanded excellence in Atlanta and we all got to watch live on TBS. From rainouts and Andy Griffith to pennants and World Series the man with the 6 on the back of his Jersey ran a tight ship and that carried over from the tv screen to sandlots across Dixie. If crime dog didn’t let Bobby down then neither could the boys of Keith Circle where I grew up. We started using golf balls and wrapping them with duck tape to form a baseball. ‘Tape ball’ was what we called it. We’d take whatever we needed from Mr. Donnie’s shed as he always was the Bobby Cox of our neighborhood encouraging us to play ball. He’d have the Braves game on the radio at all times it felt like. From Fulton county stadium to my little neighborhood in Williston, South Carolina.. Braves baseball created magic that spread throughout the South that shaped the lives of many young men like myself and the boys of Keith Circle. Without Bobby Cox there was no magic. From the Braves dugout to all the TVs across Dixie.. his ‘take no crap’ aura and ‘play the game the right way’ attitude is the reason he was so beloved and respected. May his legacy be known and talked about in churches and in bars and pharmacies and diners. I know all the old men in Hardee’s for breakfast come Monday morning won’t forget Bobby and will have plenty to talk about as they read the paper and sip their coffee. The South won’t forget Bobby. And neither will I.. ..now how bout them Braves RIP Bobby Cox

I called my dad to tell him I was about to get fired. I told him the GM was on his way to my house and that I'd call him after. Forty minutes later I had to call him back and it wasn't the call either of us expected... Here's the story: The GM had been trying to reach me for days. I thought it was about our offense because I was in charge of the offense and we weren't hitting so I figured I was next in line to go. He called and said he needed to meet that morning. I told him I had a dentist appointment. He said he'd come to my house after. That's when I knew: • Nobody drives to your house for a good conversation • A GM coming to your home means one thing So I started mentally preparing for the news I called my dad down in Merritt Island...I said, "Dad, the GM's coming over to fire me. I'll call you after." He shows up. Talks about the offense. Our lack of consistent play. I'm sitting there thinking...here it comes. Then he says: "I let Buddy Bell go this morning. I'm here to ask you to be the interim manager." Didn't see it coming. I had no clue. I called my dad back forty minutes later. "Dad, not only am I not getting fired but I'm managing a ball game tonight. You and mom need to get on a flight out of Orlando and get here." Here's what it taught me: You can't always see what's coming. But you can control how ready you are when it does. The opportunity didn't come because I was waiting for it. It came because I was ready for it. Be ready. Your call is coming.

Justice Thomas nailed it: our Nation depends on a moral inheritance, a national memory, and a covenantal bond no managerial bureaucracy can manufacture. Progressivism is the enemy. And Woodrow Wilson helped create its creed. Wilson hated the American constitutional design because it assumes something progressives have always doubted: that a free people can govern itself. Not because man is perfect. But because our Republic rests on a moral inheritance, a shared national memory, and duties that no bureaucracy can manufacture. Progressivism rejects that foundation. It does not trust citizens formed by family, faith, custom, and country. It trusts experts, managers, and bureaucrats. In “The Study of Administration,” Wilson made clear that the Constitution’s separation of powers and attachment to self-government were obstacles to efficient rule, not safeguards of liberty. He openly praised the “admirable system” of Prussian administration and Napoleon’s “ruthlessly thorough and heartlessly perfect” bureaucracy as models of state capacity and administrative control. That is the core of the progressive project. It does not merely reinterpret the American founding. It repudiates it. The Declaration says rights come from God and government exists to secure them. This has been the real fight: are we a nation that governs itself, or a regime that manages it from above? We do not need to reform progressivism. We need to defeat it. We choose the Republic.
Eric Daugherty@EricLDaugh

🚨 JUST IN: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is being praised nationwide for dropping this TRUTH on leftism and "progressivism" "Progressivism seeks to replace the basic premises of the Declaration of Independence, and hence our form of government. It holds that our rights and our dignities come not from God, but from government." "It requires of the people a subservience and weakness incompatible with a constitution premised on the transcendent origin of our rights." You NAILED IT, Justice Thomas! 🇺🇸 This guy is the true GOAT.

This is how a nation loses control of its immigration system: not all at once, but through endless “temporary” exceptions. Haitians got 18-months of TPS for a 2010 Earthquake. Now some want it to be a conveyor belt to de facto amnesty. I will fight to stop this in the Senate.
Libs of TikTok@libsoftiktok

BREAKING: The resolution BLOCKING Trump from deporting 350,000 Haitians has passed the House. SEVEN Republicans voted for it along with 212 Democrats. It now goes to the Senate for a vote.

A huge reason why there's this rift on the Right that didn't exist a year ago is because Neocons are not team players. They operate as political parasites, using our candidates and elected officials for their own ends without ever reciprocating anything in return. This isn't how stable political coalitions work. The entire point is that you join forces with people you may not agree with 100% of the time, but you still fight for their priorities so they will fight for yours. But Neocons like to pretend they're above all of that. They're a single-issue constituency. They will bounce between the Populist Right and Establishment Left so long as they get what they want. Case in point, many Neocons bitterly opposed Trump all three times he ran for office, and yet the moment the US began bombing Iran and delivering on the crown jewel that many of them had been working towards for over 25 years, did they turn around and repay the favor by supporting anything that Trump's base voted for? Of course not. The SAVE Act is still languishing in the Senate despite 100% of the GOP and 80% of the public wanting it to pass. Meanwhile, Neocons in Congress are signing on to a mass amnesty for criminal aliens bill and calling it "Dignity", despite stricter immigration arguably being THE signautre issue that Trump campaigned on and his base voted for three times in a row. The lesson here is simple. You cannot ally yourself with Neocons. Ever. They do not understand or care about the concept of political loyalty. They're bad actors who only care about permanent regime change wars abroad and will backstab you at home the moment you give them what they want. Working with Neocons is like "uniting with the Left".
Congressman Brandon Gill@RepBrandonGill

The Dignity Act is mass amnesty and would constitute a terrible betrayal of our voters.

"It's worth it to shut down all of society, keep kids out of school, and refuse to let people visit dying loved ones in the hospital if it saves even just one life, but it's ridiculous to sacrifice two planes to save one airman from a war zone. I am a liberal."

At a time like this, I’d like to honor the twelve men who walked on the surface of the Moon: Apollo 11 — July 1969 Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin Apollo 12 — November 1969 Pete Conrad, Alan Bean Apollo 14 — February 1971 Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell Apollo 15 — July–August 1971 David Scott, James Irwin Apollo 16 — April 1972 John Young, Charles Duke Apollo 17 — December 1972 Eugene Cernan, Harrison Schmitt To deny their achievements is a slap in the face to one of humanity’s greatest accomplishments. It’s not skepticism or “just asking questions”, it’s willful detachment from reality - a mindset that replaces evidence with belief, proof with disbelief, and actively undermines the advancement of knowledge. Mankind will walk upon the Moons surface again.

Luke 15:3-6 ‘Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’
