This guy was riding along the trail when he came upon a woman and her dog off to the side of the trail. When he saw them, he slowed down, and the dog bit him. The dog was on a very long leash, with the woman standing several feet away. He turned around to talk to the dog owner, and they argued. So who is at fault? Should the dog owner have had her dog on a shorter leash? She had to have heard him coming. I believe bikes are supposed to yield to pedestrians legally, but it almost seemed like she was just waiting for him.
