When we founded @D3inc, the popular move in crypto was to build around the DNS. New namespaces. Alt-root systems. Skip the hard part. We went the other way. Our team had operated 300+ TLDs since 2012. We knew the internet’s domains weren’t going to be replaced, but they could be upgraded. So we built the first DNS-compliant blockchain to tokenize them. It’s always been Day 0 for us. @domaprotocol is the DNS gateway for blockchains. Much more utility, liquidity, and composability awaits.

The same question keeps getting asked: how do agents identify themselves across systems? Ethereum is building a registry. Google launched AP2. OpenAI is hiring agent identity leads. They're all realizing agents need a persistent, portable address. DNS has been that address layer for the entire internet since 1985.
