Are you a myTurn customer? You are almost certianly reducing the carbon footprint of your organization or community through reuse. We'll be releasing reports to help you quantify those reductions. We're also running our own infrastructure on 100% clean energy.

From 11:00–14:48 UTC, we saw elevated declines for transactions, including 3DS, on Mastercard-issued cards, as a result of an outage affecting the card network. This issue is now resolved.

We're currently investigating elevated error rates and response times with Mastercard payments due to a card network issue. We believe this outage is outside of Stripe's infrastructure. We’re monitoring for updates and will post further information here as we receive it.

Great to see that @stripe is automatically suspending payouts (unless already in progress) to @SVB_Financial and notifying impacted customers directly. More info: support.stripe.com/questions/impo… #SVB

FYI to our customers, myTurn does not bank with @SVB_Financial so our operations are not impacted by the bank’s failure. We’re tracking to make sure our critical partners are also unaffected and will report if there are any issues.

It's amazing that our customers track their products and equipment more reliably than the US federal government tracks classified documents. We're here if you need some help.

Our new maintenance functionality is finally out of beta with an announcement coming this week. New features include easily reporting issues--or automatically putting items into maintenance--on check in/return, easily set scheduled maintenance on dozens of items, and much more.

Our monitoring picked up, and we confirmed, there are currently AWS and Stripe issues that may impact your myTurn site. If you're having any issues reaching our platform or degraded performance, let us know, and we'll provide updates. No known/reported problems so far though.
