Q. Why did you choose “SWIM” as the title? 🐻 Among the songs with a strong sound “SWIM” felt the most plain & unadorned. At first I thought it was not a stimulating track. But as I kept listening, I started to feel that it is actually a song you can listen to for a long time.

Q: How did you decide on the “Korean elements” included in the album? 🐻 All the members shared a lot of ideas and we really thought hard about how to infuse our own individuality into it. I think armys will have fun spotting each element one by one.

🐻 On my way back from working out, I came up with a theme and in that moment I was suddenly inspired, so I immediately tried singing it. The reaction on the spot was good everyone liked the overall melody, so it was able to be included on this album. +

Since Taehyung's solo commercial first lit up the screen in September 2025, we had been steadily pursuing this space. When BTS's Gwanghwamun comeback was announced, we immediately reached out to KT. On February 11, the moment the only four slots became available, KT reached out to us at the earliest opportunity. We secured all four on the spot and finalized contracts.
