Seems the long term planning and building of the club has been abandoned in panic with the hire of Eustace and a cheap inexperienced DoF in Gestede. No contract renewals and short term Jan signings. @LatestRovers Thought I was clear on the Blackburn philosophy. It was about developing players/ providing a pathway for the Academy/ attractive style of play. You could see that with Mowbray/ Tomasson. Not really sure what the approach is now.
