Having issues with a resort booking at a Dreams resort! I booked using points and somehow my reservation is for 1 adult instead of 2 adults. The points redemption is the same for 1 or 2 guests. I tried calling the resort and customer service and no one can help me @HyattConcierge

@alejandragarcia @JoeNorsworthy @MCO No one is getting through security. We tried to drop off our bags but there were no employees at any counter in Terminal B. Soon after they told us they are evacuating everyone to Terminal A. All flights are delayed at this point.

Apparently @MCO is being closed and everyone is being escorted out / evacuated. Will let you know if I hear why. People being encouraged to go to Terminal B side outside, but some people are still inside.
