Mark Carney is absolutely destroying Canada.
You can't even have a family outing to the ballpark anymore!
$300 and that's not even our tickets!
Damn it, Carney!
@Sportsnet BULLSHIT way to end it. I don't care who wins it not a fan either way. Don't believe there was any way in hell the referee could have seen that entire puck over the line it's impossible
Knies is exactly the kind of forward New Jersey needs. The "serious interest" certainly makes sense. So, looking ahead..
What Could a #NJDevils Trade for Matthew Knies Look Like?

This play had speed, power and finish.
Those are 3 qualities we haven’t seen in one player, in over a decade.
If the rumours were true that we were in on Matthew Knies, we gotta push this past the finish line in the summer, period.

McDavid post game on the lightning
“They got a great system. They’re perfectly coached. They all know what they’re doing all over the ice. It’s impressive. They are a great team.”
“They’re extremely well coached they’re extremely well organized. They’re very very rehearsed in everything that they do. It’s very impressive and when you do break them down, they got a heck of a goalie to back stop them.”
I Asked him how they can get to that place with their system.
“That’s a coaching question you can ask Knobber that question. Obviously we’ve been play together a long time and we feel like we’re somewhat rehearsed and organized, but not to their level.”
All of a sudden Leafs fans are ready to move on from Matthew Knies.
That's insanity to me. He's been playing hurt, but I still view him closer to a Tom Wilson than a Pierre Engvall.
He's untouchable, in my opinion.
Nic Roy is going to go to Colorado and shine and likely outplay this return. Unfortunately for Toronto, Craig Berube was never going to unlock the skillset Roy had in Vegas, but this return is a massive win for how Berube utilized Roy.
