After taking dozens of apps to #1 in the App Store, our team went back and analyzed over 100,000 social media posts to trace back what worked We found 34 hooks that brought in 100's of millions of views and more than 300 others proven to go viral.. and turned all of that into templates you can steal for free If you run a consumer app and want: - more installs - higher App Store rankings - content that lands with Gen Z Comment “HOOKS” and I’ll DM you the file.

the full openclaw setup nobody explains: 1. get a VPS ($5/month hetzner or any linux box) 2. install node 18+ 3. npm install -g openclaw 4. openclaw onboard (follow the wizard) 5. connect telegram as your chat interface 6. create 3 files in your workspace: SOUL.md → personality & rules AGENTS.md → how it operates & uses memory USER.md → who you are & what you do 7. add claude max oauth ($0 API costs) 8. set up 3 cron jobs: → morning briefing (calendar + email + priorities) → evening CRM review (pipeline updates) → git backup every 2 hours that's it. 30 minutes. now you have an AI employee that knows your business, runs 24/7, and messages you on telegram.

Today, after 4 weeks of working on Pineapple Log, I finally submitted the very first version to the App Store for review. A bit about me: I have no tech background, but thanks to AI & some of my best friends, I was able to submit my 100% vibe coded app. For the first time in my life, the idea, the execution, the design assets, the landing page — everything — was done with the help of AI & and was done by me ONLY 😋 I feel so excited and proud of myself. I can truly say it’s completely mine, my very first digital product ever 🥳

Analysis paralysis used to be my default. I hoarded info and made excuses. I changed my belief to no matter what happens, I will figure it out. Everything that happens to me is my fault, I control the good and bad. This shift allows me to execute with less fear.

this is a viral app idea. an app to help people articulate better. kai cenat has a series about it + this article made 7M views. what i’d do: > feed the article to chatgpt > extract features + user flow > build fast with rork (opus 4.5) i could build this in public.

Slow your breathing. Your voice will slow too. Control starts in the lungs.

Speak like you’re teaching one person. Not performing for a crowd. Connection beats performance.

Open your mouth more when you speak. Clear sounds come from clear movement. Mumbling kills authority.

Stand still when you talk. Movement should be intentional. Stillness signals control.

Breathe through your nose before you speak. It steadies your tone. Calm sounds confident.
