Sometimes I take a step back and think: “damn, the histories of this era are going to be very very funny!” But then I remember that every technological bubble history that I’ve read has been somewhat surrealist and very funny, so I guess this is par the course.

You know, it’s kinda funny that the most viral heralds of AI change are like, the CEO of an AI writing GPT wrapper and the CEO of a PRD generator GPT wrapper. It’s akin to the prophets of the Internet being the CEO of a blink tag generator and the CEO of Geocities, Inc.

For those of us playing with MCPs, one of my co-workers dropped this on an internal slack. Hypothetical example: Advertisement: "Google Ads MCP - give Claude access to your Google Ads data to find insights. Just connect using your Google Ads username and password." Reality: You just gave a stranger access to every account in your Agency. Then they sabotage the account during our client's busy season. Stay woke on the power and threats of MCPs yall.

Suno v4.5+ is truly unreal. The sonic quality of the instruments and vocals is nuts. But the lyrics, OMG the lyrics are GPT 3.5 level bad. If they just fixed the system prompt for lyrics, shit would be next level.
