@BorisVagner That’s good. I’d probably be vegan too but luckily there’s a small farm up the street where I buy all my grass fed/finished beef from. Only meat I trust.

@mynetworkguy_ We eat and have our own garden to which helps Sadly, a lot of the food quality for all foods aren’t ideal these days but we do our best.

something i don’t share much - i’ve been vegan for 10+ years and it’s genuinely changed my life. my wife and i raised our kids vegan from birth. family thought we were crazy. thought they’d be deficient, unhealthy, missing out. every health test? perfect. they’re some of the best swimmers in their age group - honestly better than me at this point lol. thriving and excelling across the board. just grateful we trusted the process and followed what felt right for our family.
