@MyReTrak Hey, I have a retractable universal 65W Laptop Charger that I purchased from @BestBuyCanada . The chords become weak at a connection point and the copper is frayed through the insulation. They’re not able to do anything for me in store however they said check with you.

I’ve had other @MyReTrak products and enjoyed them quite a lot. So portable and small since they wind up the cords without tangles. Just wish that this lasted more than a week.

@MyReTrak disappointed that my 10 foot lightning charger cord broke this morning. The male end into my iphone broke off when I went to take it out. Got stuck in for a while. Bought this new prior to my holiday. I’m stuck without a cord now. :(
