Sejak awal, semua member termasuk Jin pasti sudah tahu rencana perilisan album grup dan sudah berkomitmen untuk berpartisipasi. Masalahnya, ketika seseorang memiliki jadwal pribadi seperti solo tour, realitanya dia tidak bisa mengerjakan dua pekerjaan raksasa sekaligus secara simultan. Hanya karena ada orang yang tidak cukup jenius untuk bisa "nyambi" atau mengelola dua tanggung jawab besar secara bersamaan, bukan berarti rencana grup yang sudah matang harus dirusak. Profesionalisme itu soal sinkronisasi, bukan soal menunggu satu orang yang jadwal pribadinya bentrok. Mari kita bedah realitanya pakai logika industri, bukan sekadar drama: 1. Otoritas Perusahaan vs Hak Member: Sejak kapan jadwal operasional perusahaan multinasional jadi hak prerogatif seorang member? RM itu Leader grup, bukan CEO HYBE. Jadwal terbang, kontrak Song Camp, dan timeline rilis itu wewenang divisi perencanaan strategis. Mengatur ribuan staf dan kontrak internasional bukan hak pribadi RM. 2. Sentimen Saham & Investor: Ingat, HYBE itu perusahaan publik (Tbk). Menunda jadwal album tanpa alasan darurat bisa dianggap sebagai kegagalan manajemen dan merusak harga saham. Efek Domino Produksi & Nasib Pekerja: Pembuatan album melibatkan ribuan pihak eksternal, dari produser internasional hingga vendor distribusi. Menunda jadwal artinya menghancurkan nasib dan kontrak ribuan orang di balik layar yang sudah menggantungkan jadwal kerja mereka pada timeline ini. Penaltinya luar biasa besar. 5. Kepentingan 6 Member Lain: Kenapa kalian sama sekali tidak memikirkan nasib dan jadwal 6 member lainnya hanya untuk membela 1 orang yang sibuk dengan jadwal pribadinya? Memundurkan jadwal grup demi kepentingan satu individu itu egois dan tidak profesional. Menjalankan jadwal sesuai rencana justru bentuk rasa hormat kepada semua member yang sudah siap bekerja tepat waktu sesuai roadmap karier mereka. 6. Skala Industri vs Skala Lokal: Membandingkan fanmeeting individu (yang skalanya lokal & fleksibel) dengan produksi album grup global adalah logical fallacy yang fatal. Yang satu fleksibel, yang satu lagi menyangkut kontrak ribuan vendor internasional yang tidak bisa di-reschedule seenak jidat. Berhenti membuat narasi seolah-olah ini masalah "solidaritas".
