Spencer Pratt is running to be mayor of LA…by campaigning in NYC.
He and his staff spent $34K+ at the Four Seasons, one of the most expensive hotels in NYC, on his donors' dime.
He told reporters his race is "focused locally" but his national press tour and campaign finance report say otherwise.
Again, this isn't a campaign. It's a grift.
