@blumbloswife Hi there, sorry to hear that. If your son hasn't received their certificate, please contact the school, college or training provider. They will be able to tell your son his results and will work with us to find out what has happened to his certificate. Your son can also log 1/2

@sqanews @mysqa_sam Well I think at 5pm we can safely say that my son is not getting his certificate (or his results today). I hope that this will be taken up with Royal Mail given they know what they are delivering! Not everyone signs up for text or email results.☹

@KatyRob30 Hi there, results have all been issued, although delivery times can vary regionally. If candidates have registered and activated a MySQA account, they will also received their texts and/or email from 8am onwards. Thanks, Jill at SQA.

@sqanews @mysqa_sam Does anyone know what to do if didn’t get result you expected especially as A in prelims? Can you appeal or get remarked? This doesn’t make sense.

@CaroleGlynn Hi Carole, sorry to hear the text hasn't arrived yet. They are issued from 8am but delivery can be later in the day due to your service provider and the number of results being issued. Thanks, Jill at SQA

@alexturnersno1 Hi Alex, Sorry to hear that. Text messages and emails for MySQA are being sent from 8am onwards on Results Day. You might not receive your text or email until later in the day due to delivery times which vary depending on your service provider and due to the number of results 1/2

@MundyJane Hi Jane - thanks for getting in touch. My SQA texts and email are sent from 8am, but due to the volume of results they won't arrive all at once - it also depends on your daughter and her friend's service providers. Hope that helps - Beccy at SQA.

@sqanews @mysqa_sam My daughter and a few of her friends haven’t received their texts, even though they signed up for it. Is another wave of texts expected or will they just have to wait for the post?

@alaynaxalison Hi Sindel - I understand this is a nerve-wracking time for you and other learners across the country. There are no issues with the system but due to the number of results being issued, not all texts and emails will arrive at the same time due to the volume of results being 1/2
