If you're now designing or redesigning a website, this will help you a lot. I recently curated the best hero sections, footers, social proof and other website parts because I got tired of having 15+ tabs open (even with Mobbin). Giving it away 100% free. Comment on this post, and I'll send a Figma link to your inbox!

@valerymelou Exactly my steps except for the part where you split the plan into user stories. As result, most of the time, the agent mocks less critical features or it leaves you a nice TODO comment… 😹 Have to try it by that way now.

How to build an iOS MVP in a weekend (without the vibe coding mess) Most people use AI agents wrong. They ask: "Build me an app that does X" Then they spend 10 hours fighting with the agent when the code doesn't do what they expect. Here is my workflow to ship fast with Gemini. Proven to work on multiple prototypes that I have built recently. 1. The context Don't start coding yet. Treat the AI as a partner. Give it the full vision: the problem you are trying to solve, eventual constraints... Fun fact: When I did this, Gemini actually offered to be my technical co-founder. I think it thought I wasn't technical 😅 2. The Plan Stop asking for code. Ask for a roadmap. Prompt > Based on this context, break this down into implemented User Stories to satisfy an MVP. 3. The hack they don't tell you about This is where you win. If you don't know the tech stack perfectly, don't guess. Prompt > Write a highly technical prompt I can give to a coding agent to implement User Story #1 using SwiftUI and SwiftData. 4. The Execution Take that technical prompt. Paste it into your coding agent (I use Gemini 3 Pro in VS Code). It writes the implementation. You verify in Xcode and adjust if needed. 5. Repeat Do 3 and 4 for all the user stories identified until you complete all the user stories. That's it. No endless back-and-forth. Just a structured build process where the AI acts as both the PM and the Junior Dev. Disclaimer: As any code written by a junior, you still have to review or you might regret it one day at 2am.

how to find your next $10k/month startup idea: go to g2, capterra, or trustpilot right now. search for any popular software in any niche filter by 1-2 star reviews only. now start reading. you're looking for patterns. when 10+ people complain about the exact same thing, you've found the problem you're going to solve. here's why this works: these aren't random opinions. these are paying customers who are so frustrated they took time to write reviews. they're literally begging someone to solve their problem. example from my research yesterday: searched "project management" on g2 and capterra. read 150 negative reviews. 37 people said the same thing: "too complex for small teams." that's not feedback. that's a business opportunity. the beauty of this approach: > validated demand (people already pay for solutions) > clear problem definition (they tell you exactly what's wrong) > existing market (no need to create demand) > pricing benchmark (see what they currently pay) > feature roadmap (they list what's missing) most founders guess what to build. smart founders build what people already want. i used this exact method to find the idea for my current startup. now at 350+ paying customers. stop brainstorming in isolation. start listening to angry customers. they're telling you exactly what to build. you just have to listen.

I just published my first app on the App Store 🎉 I still can't believe Apple approved it without any back and forth 😆 The privacy focused budgeting and expense tracker app is now available on iOS & Android. It's FREE, NO ADS (forever), and no signups required!

Last night I started refactoring 5 WebGL canvases to use OffscreenCanvas and WebWorkers, each one with their dedicated interactions and setup, all for the sake of performance. Wish me luck 🥲🔫
