Tributify Wishlist

It’s with a sad heart that we have to inform you that Tributify is shutting down today. We tried our best to build a solution that was compliant, inclusive, and affordable, but it’s extremely difficult to find reliable banking partners willing to work with businesses of this small scale and nature. At this point, we are ready to move on. In the future, if we manage to find a supportive banking partner, we might revive it again, but for now the decision is that we won't be continuing with this project. 👉 Credit card payments will stop today. 👉 Payouts from the last few days will be released over the next couple of days. Please be patient while we process and release them. Thank you all for being part of this journey, your support meant a lot.❤️

**Payouts Update** Our payout partner has now made all payouts available. All Pending Balances have been moved to Available, and you can withdraw them immediately. If you still see an amount in your Pending balance, please add your bank details on the Settings page via Borderless. Once added, your payout will become withdrawable within 24 hours. A small number of users (US only) did not provide bank details by the time we were shut down, so their pending balances couldn’t be paid out by them. For these users, our payout partner has created a dedicated process to withdraw the funds. Full instructions are shown on their payouts page. If you have any questions, feel free to DM us anytime. ❤️

@SageSinclaire We’re still actively working with our partner bank on this. We understand the process is taking longer than expected, but please rest assured that your funds are safe and will not be lost.

**Payouts Update** All "Available Balances" have been paid out as of yesterday by our banking partner; you should see the funds in your connected bank account within 1-2 business days. Next, we're working on releasing the "Pending Balances". The payout page will start working on Tuesday, enabling withdrawals via Borderless directly to your bank account. Thanks for being patient while we worked with our banking partner to release the funds. ❤️

@MissGodessBella @Jayleennx If you see Stripe option in your Tributify Settings page, then you are on Stripe. But hardly anyone is on Stripe anymore, so in next few weeks you will see our FAQ changed too.

Creators, we want to offer a lengthier update - since some users still seem a little confused about what's going on recently. First and foremost, our mission is simple - we want Tributify to remain the easiest and safest way for your fans to support you, no matter what industry it is that you work in. In August, we transitioned to new payment and payout partners, who better align with this mission. This change also allows us to introduce new features that will further empower our community of amazingly talented creators. As part of this transition, we ended our partnership with Stripe. Yesterday, Stripe began closing all Stripe Express accounts for Tributify. You may have received an email from Stripe about this - but there’s no need to worry. Your Tributify account is completely safe, and everything continues to work as normal with our new payment partners. Your overall Stripe account, and your Stripe Express accounts used for other platforms, are also safe. Todays email from Stripe only concerns your old Stripe Express account for Tributify, which is no longer in use. We'd also like to thank you guys for your patience and understanding during this transition period, and we hope you understand why we've ended our partnership with Stripe. It's been very stressful for the team, and we know it's been stressful for all of you, but we truly believe it will all be worth it in the end. Thank you. 💙

@InkedGoddess96 Apparently tributify isn’t working with Stripe anymore and waited to let everyone know and many accounts can’t payout it were closed entirely I closed my account because I’m not going to deal with that bs

@InkedGoddess96 You can ignore this email. We don't use Stripe. You received this email from Stripe because you once had a Stripe account with Tributify.

@Jayleennx Sorry about that. The email was from Stripe and not from Tributify, and they probably used a general template for wording, and emailed all the users who once had a stripe account with Tributify.
