Clients may be intermittently having trouble with accessing MyWikis Cloud wikis. We have confirmed this is our DDoS filtering working to stop an active DDoS attack. We apologize for the inconvenience but appreciate your patience and understanding as we keep your wikis safe.

"… No further extended downtime is expected during this process." MyWikis will continue to monitor the situation. Our backup servers are available to handle traffic, though we are trying our best to use the primary servers in order to provide a speedy loading experience.

MyWikis Cloud wikis are currently experiencing downtime due to "the replacement of a network module in a switch in our Atlanta datacenter", per our provider. We have pointed all wikis to backup servers which do not rely on the Atlanta datacenter.

We are currently performing transient maintenance on wikis with custom domains. We do not expect any downtime, but your wiki may run slower than normal. We expect the maintenance to complete in 30 minutes.
