And we need to keep challenging the workplace prejudices vs older workers, part-time workers, people with disability or health conditions, & people with a gap on their CV - all things keeping people out of work, who would love to be earning. 3/3

Also more support & career guidance to help folks build confidence, figure out what they want to do, reskill if needed etc. Rather than current system that pushes folks to spend hours every week firing off job applications for roles that don't fit their lives. 2/3

For example, at times in my life, I've perhaps been unambitious about my career - because I've been very ambitious about protecting time with my family :)
