Anything wey make me birth another child, make Una come collect my prick. If you stay with your kids at least for 1 day or two as a man, Maka Chukwu you won’t be giving birth anyhow. I didn’t go to the office today and I said let me spend time with my boy. Anything on the floor goes straight to his mouth. If I wasn’t there, he would have eaten like five coc*roach. Those people with 5 to 6 kids how do you do it. baby Boys were created differently mehn.

Relief? You are jolted back into reality almost immediately.
There’s still the pain from childbirth. If you had a CS or episiotomy done, that’s a whole recovery on its own. If you had an epidural, your whole body might itch, but because you have pain somewhere else, it won’t even be the thing driving you crazy.
Even when you are still healing, you are expected to care for a newborn and breastfeed. If you’re lucky, you might lactate straight away. If you’re unlucky, you may struggle to lactate at all, or lactate too much and end up with engorgement or blocked ducts… now another pain and fever has been added.
Then the days that follow will see you juggling between caring for your newborn, sleeplessness, bleeding, sore nipples, stitches or incision pain, and your uterus not killing you because it’s contracting back to its original size.
Before you can heave a sigh of relief that “yay, I’m not pregnant again,” you will be at least weeks in, maybe a month in, and that’s if you have help.
