In the meantime, we have other resources covering this topic available in the departments including paper leaflets/QR instructions.

Thank you to our comms team @NorthumbriaNHS for the new signs 📱 A lot of changes for the outpatient teams recently with the introduction of digital systems, which they’ve all taken on board so well and worked hard to implement.

Thought provoking day at the Equity of Access @NHSEngland event today. A very important topic and considerations that we need to embed into everything that we do, especially as we progress with digital transformation projects to ensure that nobody is left behind.
