@spinboutu25 I think overall, the movie had a simple story of the main character finding the Backrooms, trying to tell his therapist who doesn’t believe him, goes and get proof, gets stuck so then the therapist goes. The best part about the movie were the sets but the monsters was still cool

@n0clipzz aight so all in all do you think the movie will be received well? i pay attention to more things like the atmosphere, the soundtrack etc. its a bummer to see they fumbled the monster but maybe the final product overall is good

@forestunwell There aren’t any other employees because Clark’s furniture business is super dead and failing

@forestunwell I saw the movie and only the girl is the employee and the he is her boyfriend that helps Clark with recording footage of the Backrooms with his camera (come back to this when you see the movie)

they are most likely also employees at the furniture store so it’s kind of frying me that they’re sending them to the backrooms

@__S_e_a_n_ Clark is trying to get the attention of the Lukita Maxwell’s character (who works for Clark at the Ottoman Empire) at her home because her boyfriend (Finn Bennett) has a camera that Clark wants to use to record footage of the Backrooms to show proof to his therapist

@__S_e_a_n_ I literally forgot his name but I can guarantee you that he is an ASYNC scientist and interviews Renate Reinsve's character at the end of the movie talking about what’s inside the Backrooms when she was stuck there. (Come back after watching the movie)

@sjnxxx The Cap n Clark 8ft monster is chasing her character and dragging Chiwetel’s character as his blood follows in this scene.

@mmaxpena Yes the guy recording died by a monster off screen when he slid down the inclined square hole. He had a rope around his waist and got pulled by the monster. The girl got murdered by Chiwetel’s character and her head got kept in a fridge (come back after you watch the movie)

@n0clipzz Were there any deaths in the movie? I noticed in the trailer there was another guy recording with another female character helping Clark? Did they die?

@spinboutu25 Not at all, I prefer the lifeforms in the series but I hope we get them in the sequel!

@n0clipzz is the monster creepier than the lifeforms in the yt series like that sounds interesting to me a bit goofy

@gabouuuu315306 @VenomSonyMarvel Renate Reinsve's character, the therapist, keeps a hand printed piece of cement from when she was younger. Or I can tell you that Chiwetel’s character is a drunk failed architect that got kicked out of his house by his wife and sleeps inside the furniture store.

New look at the extended version of the house in BACKROOMS MOVIE. In Theaters May 29th!

Wanted to take a minute to appreciate how DELICIOUS the color grading for Backrooms is. Although Kane himself didn't do the colorwork, it still perfectly encapsulates the way the colors pop in his own short films. It's vibrant, and stands out in a really unique and special way.

Today is a crazy day indeed, after we got all those phenomenal looks at Backrooms, but... Is Backrooms Movie out yet? No. BUT it officially releases in 36 DAYS - May 29th! GET READY GUYS!

@spinboutu25 3) Yes the two teenagers (girl and the boy) die in the film. The boy dies offscreen when he falls into that slide inside the square hole by a monster we can’t see because it pulls him by the rope that he had around his waist. I forgot how the girl died but she did die for sure.

@n0clipzz is the monster reminiscent of cap n clark u mean? is it scary or not? also what about the 2 youngsters the male character brings in do they die?
