According to a preliminary assessment, the claimed amount may total up to USD 33,682,000. We believe that a number of contractual and procedural issues resulted in significant reputational damage to both the project and 178 partner authors. The matter is being addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism provided for in the Agreement, and we remain open to an amicable settlement.
