@xGREYSCALE Yes! I love mine. Vacuum seal steaks with seasoning of your choice, thyme, rosemary, and butter. Set it to 128 for a couple hours (depending on size of cut) then sear and enjoy! I have a Blackstone which makes searing an absolute breeze. (Hopefully twitter doesn’t ruin vid qual)
