I keep a Google Sheet of every domain I've ever sold, buyer, contact, what they bought. Every time I pick up a new domain, I check that sheet for anyone who might want it. Sometimes it sells before I even list it. Past buyers aren't history. They're easy money sitting right there

The problem with .si domain zone in terms of superintelligence is that a single superintelligence can do everything, and it won't need many domains, just one. And that will be either si.com or si.ai.

I’ve done well with .ai but I could have done better. Some misses: Sold Lotus.ai, Stock.ai, Castle.ai & a few others too early. Some wins: Sold Intuitive.ai ($125k), Choice.ai ($$100k), Aster.ai ($142k) & a few others for good prices. The most important thing is to be in the game, getting shots on goal.
