For several weeks, I have been providing all the company information, tracking shipments, and responding to disputes. I even called just yesterday because you were asking again for information that I have already provided. The support told me it was okay, only to permanently block me the next day without giving me a reason. I have been responding to each dispute by providing all the evidence, spending an hour per customer, only for you to refund them while the product still arrives at the customer's location. I am a French company, I pay my taxes, and I don't have time to play these games where I lose my product, the customer's money, plus dispute fees. I am waiting for a response from you.
