@JTweet4856 @kena_ewuru Thank you. I have been saying this for a while. I stopped blaming women for most things after I learned the role of men on those things.
English

@kena_ewuru And the elephant in the room in this situation is the men who put these beautiful women on the pedestal. Men are the influencers of any community because men validate or correct behavior. PERIOD. Stop blaming women and stand up to the degenerate men who's destroying shit.

In one of the poorest city in Africa, this glitters, the walkways, the bike lanes, the green space, the cafes and shops are lipstick on a pig. In a city where a medical a doctor earns 9000 Bir and a one-bedroom apartment rent is 20,000 Bir; where a teacher can’t afford a meal a day; where urban mass starvation, and homelessness is permeating the capital, our failed Prime Minister and his minions are showing us glitters built by Arab Emirates money for its Arab financiers. When other countries build such developments, they had created a large productive middle class that will enjoy it. This is for the handful of kleptocrats who bleed our people like intestinal parasites. Shame on @AbiyAhmedAli his lackeys. You got to go!

@Tonyawa69 @creepydotorg This makes the most sense. Thanks for the details!

Last photo of Brazilian tourist, 26-year-old Juliana Marins, who was left to die by her Indonesian tour guide after she fell during a hike on Mount Rinjani.
After becoming exhausted during the trek, Juliana was left behind while the guide continued ahead with the rest of the group. Not long after, she slipped and fell hundreds of meters down the mountain.
Drone footage later showed she was still alive after the fall, trapped on a steep slope below the trail.
Rescue teams reportedly knew where she was but failed to reach her in time, leaving her without food, water, or proper protection in the cold.
Days later, Juliana was found dead. An autopsy said she died from severe trauma and internal bleeding after the fall.

Two Ethiopian 🇪🇹 shop owners in South Africa 🇿🇦, robbed and gunned down by anti immigrant protesters, Caught on CCTV camera.
The situation seems beyond robbery and protest. The two guys were surrendered and lying on the ground when the young man first check for the environment and mercilessly shot them down.
There must be a terrorist insurgence and therefore the government must act to prevent further harm.

@obey_ivy_nicole @beacyprien711 @izamamaa That’s because, your ancestors had been through a lot and the history of that trauma has created a movement and that movement created “I’m black and I’m proud” it’s not an overnight thing…..Africa is a continent that has 54 countries in it
English

@beacyprien711 @izamamaa Black Americans don’t not carry this mindset. We literally invented sayings like “I’m black and I’m proud” we created whole movements of loving ourselves. I can’t say the same for Africans or others in the diaspora

@AlemGirma9 @AbiyAhmedAli @job_matua You dumb a$$ has minilik as a profile picture but, complain about repeated post?
English

Talk is cheap; repeated looney lies from a head of a government is obscene. Ethiopians are getting tired of them. Creating innumerable homeless overnight to build valueless glass towers which house no businesses, and generate no income is an economic deadweight, not an urban sanctuary. Bulldozing homes without due compensation and the provision of replacement is fascism, not progress in any sense of the word. The glass towers you built hadn’t created half the employment they destroyed, nor did they shelter half as much people as the small structures they replaced. Beneath the veneer of the glass towers, and the dazzling flood lights of the streets you built, is urban hunger, disease and pestilence that is permeating your capital. Add to this the lawlessness and the rampant corruption your regime thrive in, you have Ethiopia at the brink. Besides, your needlessly bellicose rhetoric has isolated Ethiopia from the IC and made it a midget, pariah state. You are not building Ethiopia’s new reality; you are killing it to live your fantasy, Mr. Prime Minister. You got to go!
English

Once a neglected and hazardous area, the Arada district has been reimagined into a magnificent urban sanctuary.
For us, Ethiopia is not merely a dream to be envisioned, it is a reality to be built. We are building a nation that is healthy, resilient, and full of promise for future generations that is also a leader in Africa and a formidable competitor on the global stage. Each day, we continue to turn this promise into reality.

I’m from Ethiopia, and I want to speak on behalf of the millions of Ethiopians who rely on Binance P2P in their daily lives.
Before moving to ban Binance P2P trading, I urge you to fully consider the consequences of such a decision. The current economic crisis was not created by ordinary citizens or P2P users. It is the result of failed government policies, reckless fiscal decisions, and years of economic mismanagement that have driven inflation to devastating levels.
For many of us, Binance P2P is not speculation, it is survival. It has become a vital financial tool for freelancers, small business owners, remote workers, traders, and countless young Ethiopians whose livelihoods now depend on access to peer-to-peer exchange. Restricting or banning it would not solve the structural failures of the economy. It would only punish ordinary people for problems they did not create.
Our government must be held accountable for the economic instability it has produced, rather than shifting blame onto citizens seeking practical alternatives to protect their income and preserve their financial independence.
Banning Binance P2P would not be economic reform. It would be a direct attack on financial access, personal freedom, and the civil rights of Ethiopians already struggling under severe economic pressure.
We are not asking for privilege. We are asking for fairness, accountability, and the right to access the financial tools that allow us to survive.

Trading with the Ethiopian Birr (ETB) will be suspended on the 15th May. Your funds are safe, and you can still access your account. We’re working closely with regulators to support Ethiopia’s goals and hope to resume trading soon. We’ll share updates as soon as we have them. Thank you for your patience.

@MarioNawfal That employee should be fired. He clearly exhibited poor situational awareness and gross negligence. What was he doing on his phone? He didn't even notice the old man walk around the table and strike him until it was too late.
