There was a odd amount of brain imagery in this episode, and something about this cupcake with the knife splitting it in two equal halves, and the little crum, after talking about Scratch's possible a brain tumor. GAH! Got so many crack theories!

I don't necessarily LIKE that part of the plot so far, but if the arc a character like Yrel has to be sacrificed, I would at least like to make it be worth something. I could see us try to reach out gather help from her ppl, only for a response like "I've made so many mistakes"

With the Mag'har introduction it has been a plot hook that was teased long before it came about in Midnight. Just think it's a missed opportunity to not explore it further, or atleast get the Mag'har to have a say on what is going on as they've clearly seen it before.

Unpopular opinion, but the more I think of it, I think it would be neat to revisit AU Dreanor again as an example of a world claimed by the light in correlation to the plot they are telling now. Just think of all the lightbound orcs with rage issues >_> youtube.com/watch?v=HK7gTT…

@Drone1337 @Portergauge Wouldn't necessarily have to be a villain, but the arc they gave and its correlation to the plot they are telling is a missed opportunity. I don't like the plot they are presenting, but she could be portrayed as a "look at what my blind faith brought upon Dreanor" if they wanted

@naitsade @Portergauge If they bring her back as yet another Light Villain, you'd just get a bunch of frothy greenbois chuckling "I told ya so" on the way to whatever raid portal is in the next patch. Not worth it.

@Drone1337 @Portergauge I duno, I'm actually not against the idea of a zealot Yrel. I liked Yrel, and I always wanted more of her. But she was so badly swept under a rug. Now if they really did ruin her, it would be an even greater crime not to make the sacrifice of her character mean something.

@naitsade @Portergauge I'm not sure how they could pull this off with any sense of satisfaction. They took a great example of a hero's journey and wasted it on a 20-minute questline to get red orcs. They spent her on a fucking Allied race. There's no coming back from that.

@Portergauge Time to hold Yrel to her promise. Actually quite a shame that in the "light=bad" expansion that we never follow up on what happened to AU draenor after Yrel's conquest. It would set up a prime example of what happens to a world consumed by light rather than void.

And *now* it's the end of the MSQ for the week, forces are being searched for to help with the Darkwell. Barest sliver of hope that the Horde might be involved at some point here lol, but I suspect this is just the united elves. Be back for elf-time next Tuesday!
