Let me say this—DMD may not be the perfect company and the best in management, but we cannot ignore the fact that they gave all of our lovely boys a HOME.. A place where they are seen, heard, loved, appreciated, cared, understood, and supported. DMD is a place where they could be who they are. This is the place where they spread their wings. The very first place who gave them their stepping stone. So I am giving my absolute gratitude to where our boys started. If it wasn't for DMD, our boys may have still been unseen. maybe not everyone likes P’Aof, and that’s okay. but one thing he undeniably did right is creating a safe space for these boys, people can debate his skills as a CEO all they want, but what can’t be denied is the environment he created. in an industry that can be harsh and demanding, he gave them a home, a space where they feel safe, valued, and understood. he may not be perfect, but to them, he’s more than just a boss. in so many ways, he became the father figure they needed, the one who gave them room to shine in their own way.
