@Steam_Support I live in SA but hav been in China on holiday, during which I wanted to buy a dlc for MHW, I asked a friend in SA to buy it as gift for me, I couldn't claim it cuz I'm in China, jus got notice the gift was canceled cuz I didnt claim it in time, WTF?

@Greencomfttx your line is down yet again, how f***en hard can it b to jus provide some stable internet? n don shift the blame to MFN, they don even hav a outage

@FireStreamZA @Greencomfttx Before I decide to move over, I would want to confirm this, my complex only has one fiber, does that mean ur guys n greencom r using the same fiber provider, if yes then is ur service also affected last weekend when greencom's provider MFN fiber went down?

@Greencomfttx after 3 days of no Internet, the service was restored for not even 2 days, at 1/10 of the speed I paid for, and jus now the service is down again, seriously your guys trying to drive away customers on purpose or something?

@Greencomfttx The 3rd day without internet, the incompetence is shocking. If we don pay on time, our service get cut which is fine, but when there is no service we still expected to pay? this is nonsense

@Greencomfttx Since Friday evening 9 pm, up until now Sunday morning 10:30, the internet is still not fixed, the line speed is slow, and I get disconnected at random, making playing online games impossible, web browsing is also extremely slow.

@Greencomfttx After over 13 hours of service down, I was told that the service is restored, only to find that the service is still faulty, the line speed is really slow and disconnect me once every few min, making playing online games impossible

@FireStreamZA @Greencomfttx unfortunately I was told by the body corporate that the place I live in, Sandton Country Club Estate on the corner of Bowling St and Wandel St, is exclusively covered by Greencom only, let me know if I'm wrong and I'd happily considering switching.

@Greencomfttx explain to me why maintenance is on Thurs night, but my Internet start having issue on Fri 15th evening around 9 pm, service still has not beeb restored up until now which is Satu 16th, terrible service, would not recommend this to anyone who hav another choice

@Vodacom and more importantly, u mean to tell me that vodacom didnt know abt this problem for 4 days already?

@Vodacom I'm in sandton area, but if you read what ppl wrote here, downdetector.co.za/status/vodacom, seems the entire Gauteng is experiencing problem

@Vodacom been having serious connection and data loss issue with vodacom internet for the past 4 days, cant use it at all

@GuildWars2 Seriously its been almost a year, and after this big patch its like Lost Shore all over again, unplayable lag, n its not my ISP
