I finally watched the video where the woman talked about the appropriate way to handle the Quran, was told why it was handled the way it was, and she responded “thank you for the correction.” If I had relied on the timeline’s version of events I’d have been riled up for NOTHING.

Good morning @AyawasoA (Ayawaso East Municipal Assembly), we kindly bring this situation to your attention. The pavements in front of the Ghana National Mosque Complex area at Kawukudi have been completely taken over by cattle and camel owners. Pedestrians are unable to use the pavement anymore and are forced to use the streets instead which is very dangerous. Also, this Mosque is a national edifice that has to be protected to keep its glory and magnificence. Therefore, we cannot allow these activities to continue here. We kindly call on you to ensure their relocation to a more appropriate location.
