@TrendyTrainer13 @MyPeakChallenge @SamHeughan I train outside, but it’s nothing like in the gym. I have incurable cancer and to workout 3/4 times a week (fitness) I stay strong. Covid is so not done, but we stay safe and strong. Thank you for being so kind 😘

@nancy___nancy @MyPeakChallenge @SamHeughan I asked the question, because I was in a situation of gym lockdown, after a severe jaw break 2 yrs ago and I needed to find a way to rehab. I joined #MyPeakChallenge & began online workouts, yoga & gained #Peaker support, which truly was a lifesaver for me! I love #MPCfitness! 😊
