If you check out @Butnotmaternity they have a spreadsheet in bio that shows you what each hospital is allowing. You see that @NorthMidNHS is VERY far behind compared to other trusts. Women are being left alone 😡

@Butnotmaternity @NHSEngland Thank you that spreadsheet is very helpful. I think it’s just horrendous what they are doing to us women and their partners and how it affects mental health.

@nancy_hill @NHSEngland It is happening now in some trusts. Some were already allowing before these guidelines came out too. The status list in our bio shows all trusts (trying to keep it updated!)

@nancy_hill @NHSEngland @NorthMidNHS Guidelines only, not laws, so there is no guarantee all trusts will make changes, especially in light of Tier 4. Some have done already, some are reviewing now. Sorry that is not more helpful but there is no concrete timeline. Staff shortages and Christmas will be a factor too.

@NorthMidNHS My midwife has no further info than what is on this web page. So if you cannot answer my question please provide me with contact details of someone who can tell me when this will come into effect by the trust. As on your website it is not what is set out by the nhs!

@NorthMidNHS You have ignored my question and sent me the web page that has not been updated for weeks. The NHS has set new regulations for the trust for partners to come to ALL scans and appts birth and labour ( not just 12 & 20 scans) and I want to know when this will take affect.
