[IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT] To all my past, current, and future customers, I (Jaja) will be officially resigning from ticketing, effective May 2026 onwards. JTS will be taken over by our wonderful team, who have always helped secure your tickets. While many of you may have dealt with me directly, it has always been a team effort behind the scenes that made everything possible. We’ve consistently secured your tickets thanks to the dedication and manpower of our team. My resignation will not have a significant impact, as we have a strong and capable backend team who work tirelessly. I (Jaja) sincerely hope you will continue to support JTS moving forward. I will still be available to assist throughout April. From May 2026 onwards, other JTS members will fully take over operations. All ongoing orders will continue as planned, so no worries. Please keep me in your prayers as I begin this new chapter of my life. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported JTS since 2017. It has truly been a wonderful 9 years. Signing off soon, Jaja

another male staff purposefully touched my hand and batalkan my wuduk. i REPEATEDLY mentioned "jangan sentuh, i have air sembahyang" but he "jokingly" touched a tip of his finger on my palm and giggled and then ran away gitu je kau apahal ek?????????
