Today the plumber whom I booked from Urban company said working in Bengaluru from past two years, Already spoke decent beginner Kannada, and said still learning. He was from Odisha, - was on time and behaved professionally. This I have observed seen in workers from that state.

@paakittadnya How many MNCs left Bangalore for language issues? They may prefer other cities because of worst infrastructure and high corruption. Foreigners love to learn and respect local language. But our own neighbours show their dislike towards local languages.

It's the State Bank of India, not the State Bank of Karnataka. This business of 'learn the local language to work in the state' cannot be allowed. We are Indians first. We'll always be Indians first. The Constitution has no such condition. Let's not encourage this madness.
