@narcsupport101 It’s projection as well at times. They wouldn’t give up their time & energy to help others, they wouldn’t go out of their way to do someone a favour, so the only reason we’re doing it is self-interest. Always seeing the worst in others bc they can only imagine their own motives.

If EVERYTHING you do is criticised. Having fun = self serving. Helping others = fake. Walking the dog = has to do it. Works hard = no other choice. Eats ice cream = should be sharing it with the homeless. Then what that person is actually saying is they despise your existence. They don’t want you to live. In fact, they want you dead. A narcissist wants to reshape the direction of your life, and will take pride in knowing they have altered your life path and mental state. Its one of the ways they gain false power in their false reality

Narcissistic people live in a false reality. One stuck in time, their development and evolution is frozen in time

The narcissist and their minions want you dead. Lets not get it twisted. Dead. They don’t want you to exist anymore. In their eyes, you are a direct threat to their false reality and you must cease to exist.

The narcissist will likely be living in their own false reality, stemming from their wounded child issues. However, those close to the narcissist will also be living in that false reality and over time will exist merely as a mirror, a reflection of that false world. The result….you likely won’t and can’t exist in that world. The false reality is closely policed. Anyone authentic, grander, more successful, thriving and happy will be stomped and crushed (in the narcs mind) if you get too close to the false world orbit. Its merely a survival mechanism, they can’t operate under those circumstance, simply in their false world they are the King and Queen. The Judge and Jury. You can’t exist there. …unless you’re a flying monkey. Or “minion” or “flying pig” (my apt descriptions) who is merely used as the idiot manipulatable pawn to gather information and gossip

Narcissists want to ruin your life. Let that sink in. Emotionally, spiritually and physically they want you weak and ruined. Never forget that
