I love the 'before and after' showing A wave nearly on top of QRS (and diastolic MR!). After BB pacing, there is clear separation of A wave before onset of ventricular systole.

Very excited to present our paper on Bachmann's bundle pacing out now in @ESC_Journals ⚡️ 📚 academic.oup.com/eurheartjsupp/… This novel approach has physiologic implications, including enhanced AA and AV synchrony.
