Restoring Water. Strengthening Communities Under the Integrated Water Resource Management Project , supported by @asianpaints and implemented by National Agro Foundation, four village waterbodies in Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram were rejuvenated.

India faces an urgent water challenge - 18% of the world’s population relies on just 4% of its freshwater resources1. Recognizing the interconnected nature of water, land, and livelihoods, our ongoing Watershed Project in Murbad, Maharashtra, developed in collaboration with the @natagroindia, addresses these critical issues by promoting sustainable water and land management, conserving natural resources, and supporting local communities. Building on this foundation, our associates from the Mumbai office came together in a volunteering activity to plant trees, contributing to an effort to plant 4,500 saplings in the region. This initiative signifies more than a day of planting - it represents a commitment to restoring soil health, improving groundwater recharge, and nurturing local ecosystems for long-term resilience.
