@owletbabycare The app used to allow Picture in Picture with both sound monitors. Now, I can only use one sound at a time. Why would this be the case? Clearly you need sound to monitor infants at night time.

@natatat13 Hi Natalie! We do not offer split screen as a feature at this time but we do offer picture-in-picture so you are able to minimize one video feed to the corner of your phone while simultaneously viewing the other feed on your phone at the same time. We hope that helps!

@owletbabycare is there a plan to bring back the function where I can listen to&see both of my kids? Why was this feature taken away? Wish I would have known this would be the case - I would have purchased a different monitor for my second so I could watch them simultaneously

Not having a reliable monitor while traveling is incredibly frustrating. Connectivity issues are standard w/ our owlet, so buyer beware. @owletbabycare the last thing I want to do after a day of traveling w/ an infant is troubleshoot connection issues for 1.5 hours w/ no success

For what we paid for our owlet, it seems to have a different issue every other day. 😑 #disappointing @owletbabycare
