@GrantSSC My wife and kids love using the strength co. bumpers! Pencil to paper you can’t afford to not pick up a set.

While I train almost exclusively with cast iron, every home gym should have at least 2 pairs of bumper 45s, plus a pair of 25s and 10s. They’re great for cleans and snatches, lighter deadlifts for your wife, and getting your kids started. 🇺🇸

Tried the hook grip on deadlifts today. Worked great. Grip felt super solid. But DANG my thumb felt it afterwards. 1x6 at 310lbs. Plan was 5, but I can't count. Feel like these were pretty good. 3 plates next.
